Volant Announces Changes to its Management Team
After 12 years in the role of Volant’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Bill Roggensack is stepping down as President to focus on his role as CEO. Volant thanks Bill for his inspirational leadership and vision to translate innovative engineering concepts into custom operational solutions, and looks forward to his ongoing support on strategic direction and development.
Effective immediately, Dan Shute has accepted the role of President. Most recently, Dan held the position of Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Volant, where he focused on delivering value to customers through novel strategies that consistently yielded positive results.
Dan is known as a collaborative, innovative and technically refined leader. He brings a strong focus on people and a deep engineering background in mechanical design, tubular connection qualification and installation of casing systems. Dan’s high-level grasp of key principles enables him to envision creative solutions. His business experience provides a context for helping customers succeed, often through doing more with less.
Volant’s management team is rounded out with Dan Dall’Acqua as Director, Engineering; Leanne Thormann as Director, Corporate Services; Ron Bute as Director, Manufacturing; Isaac Jenkins as Director, Delivery; and Dan Sylvestre as Director, Field Services.
