The ERP Systems Analyst will report to the Business Systems Supervisor and will provide support to multiple cross-functional teams. This position will support the broad ERP system, including Cloud Suite Industrial (SyteLine), PLM, and other related systems with a focus on enhancing these systems to meet the needs of the business.

You will bring to the role:

  • Knowledge of Syteline and the ability to customize software and reports to meet the needs of the business users.
  • Ability to write, support and maintain system workflow processes and events.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a confidential manner.

      Your role with us:

      The Senior Manager, Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance (HSQ) is responsible to effectively lead, manage, and steward the Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions to deliver optimal performance and continuous improvement, while maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures. The Senior Manager, HSQ will be instrumental in promoting a culture of Safety and Quality excellence, continuous improvement, and mentor the team by modeling our performance pillars to achieve lasting reductions in safety and quality incidents.

      You will bring to the role:

      • Post-secondary diploma and/or degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance or a related discipline
      • Experience in quality program development.
      • Experience developing, leading, and supervising a team.
      • Strong understanding of quality assurance programs, including compliance with but not limited to ISO 9001 and API.
      • Strong understanding of OH&S guidelines and experience leading a safety program.
      • Experience working in a manufacturing environment and an understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques in an environment with significant product development and prototyping activity.
      • Advanced knowledge of reading drawings and specifications with equally advanced understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
      • Experience in electronics, instrumentation and software development is considered an asset,
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation, time- management and organizational skills.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the proven ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
      • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and SolidWorks.
