Your role with us:

Reporting to the Director, Sales and Marketing, the Manager, Marketing will lead efforts in the development and execution of the marketing strategy to support sales growth and industry awareness and adoption of an evolving portfolio of products and services.  The Manager, Marketing will oversee all creative, digital, analytical, and financial aspects of marketing programs and activities, and will lead marketing planning and content creation designed to effectively convey the value proposition and inspire a desired call to action by the target audience.

You will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or commerce or relevant experience with a demonstrated proficiency in brand management and product and service awareness and promotion.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing marketing plans, participating in product launch activities, and producing various forms of content across a variety of platforms.
  • An outside-the-box thinker with a high aptitude for creativity, imagination, and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to grasp technical concepts and express them in clear language.
  • Progressive leadership roles and responsibilities.
  • Interest and curiosity in technical products, specifically in the oil and gas industry, is ideal.

    Your role with us:

    The Manager, Procurement is responsible for overseeing the procurement program, effectiveness, and procedures and processes, ensuring on-time delivery. The Manager, Procurement will develop the processes and procedures, and provide coaching to the team to meet all established strategic plans and key performance indicators.

    You will bring to the role:

    • 5 years of Procurement management experience in an Oil and Gas manufacturing environment
    • 5 years experience in Supplier Development in Domestic and International sourcing
    • 5 years of raw material sourcing experience.
    • Related procurement experience developing strategic direction.
    • SCMP or APICS designation is an asset.
    • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
    • Strong knowledge and experience working within an ERP/MRP environment.
    • Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions.

      Your role with us:

      The Production Planner is responsible to set-up and close all manufacturing production jobs. This includes determining raw material requirements, ensuring that product delivery timelines are met, as well as monitoring the jobs as they are processed and arranging for manufacturing services.

      You will bring to the role:

      • 3 – 5 years’ experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
      • 3 – 5 years’ experience within an ERP environment.
      • SCMP or CPIM designation or equivalent is an asset.
      • Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills along with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
      • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
      • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

        Production Labourer

        Your role with us:

        Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Labourer will operate a variety of machines including computerized numeric control, Hydroformer, pipe cutting and beveling, hydraulic press, and band saw machines, to support production requirements. This is a labor-intensive role that requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to measure and verify parts to specifications.

        This position is Monday – Thursday from 4:20pm – 2:50am.

        You will bring to the role:

        • Previous experience in a machine shop
        • Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings is an asset.
        • Experience operating forklifts and cranes is an asset.
        • Ability to work in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
        • High School Diploma or GED.
